Refugee protest in Berlin #

The Refugee protest has been getting attention. In October 2012 they walked around 28 days (600 km) from Wurzburg to Berlin in a protest march against the bad conditions on which they were living in refugee camps.

More than 5000 people joined their cause on 13 October, the Globalnoise# against Capitalism, supporting their protest too.

The refugees started a Camp in Oranienplatz – Berlin Kreuzberg – as a continuity of their protest march. They are still there to show their demands and ask for dignity for refugees in Germany. Theirs demands are:

- To abolish the obligation of residence (most of them do not have right of mobility in Germany)
- To stop the deportations
- To close the refugee camps
- In order to achieve better living conditions for refugees in Germany in the dignity and humanity
